Nationally Recognized Restaurants
Sushi Avenue opened its first full-service restaurant concept in 2011, and opened the nationally recognized and critically-acclaimed Masu Sushi and Robata. There are now 3 convenient locations around the cities. Along with the success of Masu, Sushi Avenue created a fast-casual concept restaurant with the opening of One Two Three Sushi in 2013. There are four locations.
Hot Food Program
Sushi Avenue offers a customizable hot food program that serves fresh and delicious options beyond the traditional sushi roll. We draw inspiration from operating 3 full service restaurants and 6 quick serve restaurant locations. In addition to our customizable Japanese Rice Bowls, we also offer authentic Ramen Noodle Bowls, Steamed Buns, Pan Asian cuisine and a large assortment of sides and salads.
Company History
Our President and CEO, Nay Hla came to the US from his native country of Burma. Since many of his countrymen were working in the sushi industry, he followed suit. After working his way up through the ranks of other sushi companies, Nay saw an opportunity for improvements to the retailer-chef-sushi company relationship.
